Air Europa recently conducted its first corporate Fam Trip from Geneva to New York, following the successful launch of its new flight connection from Geneva. The trip allowed seven travel professionals from FCM Travel to experience the airline’s product and service offerings firsthand.
The participants traveled in Economy Class to New York, giving them an authentic view of the comfort, onboard service, and travel experience that Air Europa offers to both leisure and business travelers. For the return flight, the group had the opportunity to test the Business Class and experience the premium service, increased comfort, and long-haul amenities.
The trip also focused on nurturing existing partnerships. During their stay in New York, Air Europa met with various industry partners and stakeholders to discuss expanding existing cooperation and exploring new opportunities for future collaboration.
Long-time partners contributed to the trip’s success. The Hyatt Group provided accommodation, while Sixt ensured seamless mobility on the ground. This allowed the participants to focus on networking and experiencing the destination.
The group got a glimpse of New York’s tourist side, taking a short tour of Manhattan and visiting some of the city’s most famous landmarks. A highlight was the visit to the One World Observatory, which offers a stunning view of the metropolis.
Weather conditions limited the view, but the visit was an unforgettable experience. The participants experienced the unique atmosphere of the ‘Big Apple’ and discovered some of the city’s most famous landmarks.
This first corporate Fam Trip from Geneva marks an important step in Air Europa’s development in the Swiss market.
