Transcend Cruises has named Edie Rodriguez to serve as its new Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. With decades of experience in luxury travel and cruise operations, she will guide the company’s expansion within the group and MICE sectors, reinforcing its status as the first river cruise operator designed specifically for these markets.
She will lead Transcend Cruises’ strategic direction, brand development, and growth, focusing on delivering distinctive guest experiences while building a sustainable and profitable business.
Shawn Horowitz, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Edie Rodriguez to Transcend Cruises as our new CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors. Transcend Cruises expressed its appreciation to Gregg Marston for his leadership and contributions during his tenure as Chief Executive Officer. Marston will transition from the CEO role to continue serving the company as a Member of the Board of Directors.
