Bentour has grown its long-haul travel options by introducing Curaçao as a new Caribbean destination. The company is rolling out a handpicked selection of hotels that travelers can now book, with additional properties scheduled to join the roster in the weeks ahead.
This expansion includes a new direct route from Düsseldorf, a decision Deniz Ugur, CEO of Bentour Reisen, calls a key step in broadening its long-haul network. “We’re introducing a standout Caribbean destination to complement our existing long-haul flights,” he explained. “The first hotels are already available, and we’re strengthening partnerships to serve a wider range of customer preferences.”
Songül Göktaş Rosati, managing director of Bentour Reisen GmbH, recently visited the island to evaluate its potential and establish early connections. “Curaçao combines Caribbean vibrancy, cultural richness, and European influences in a distinctive way,” she stated. “Our strategy is to design packages that attract both individual travelers and travel agencies.”

The initial hotel lineup features the Kunuku Aqua Resort, Livingstone Jan Thiel Resort, and Parasasa Hotel Curaçao, along with two Curio Collection by Hilton properties: Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao and The Rif at Mangrove Beach. Beginning in December, Corendon Airlines will operate three weekly direct flights from Germany, enhancing Bentour’s winter 2026/27 schedule.
Curaçao’s attractions include Willemstad, a UNESCO-protected capital known for its vivid Dutch colonial architecture, as well as coastal areas perfect for swimming, diving, and snorkeling. The destination appeals to visitors looking for a mix of relaxation and cultural exploration.
